Hole Specialists, Inc. provides honing services including bottle honing with capabilities up to 24” OD and 45’ length and hole sizes from .375” to 19” with surface finishes ranging from 125 rms to a 8 rms depending on requirements. Hole Specialists, Inc. specializes in honing odd configurations and off-set holes in blocks, molds, pipe and bar.

We work with many plating operations doing pre-hone and finish-hone. Hole Specialists, Inc. can hone as much stock as required to achieve the wall thickness or hole size necessary. Hole Specialists, Inc. specializes in prototypes, one of a kinds and production jobs while being ISO compliant and having our employees participate in our QAP.
